Privacy Policy

The short version: DAGRISOL and DAGRICON collect only what they need to run the platforms. We never sell your data. You always have the right to see, correct, or delete it.

DAGRISOL (Pty) Ltd and its DAGRICON marketplace ("we", "us", "our") operate the DAGRISOL farm management platform and the DAGRICON contractor network (collectively, "the Platforms"). We are registered in South Africa and comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication when available.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some platform features may not function correctly if you do.

The Platforms are intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, please contact us immediately and we will delete the account.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 30 days before any material change takes effect. Continued use of the Platforms after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
